Copper nickel fabric can be used for electronic, electromagnetic and other radiation work professional shielding.
According to customer requirements processing of different shapes and sizes, is widely used in all kinds of electronic products EMI/EMC prevention and control.
It provides excellent flexibility and durability and also offer high conductivity and shielding efficiency.
In addition, it is easy to die cut and handle and provides excellent adhesion to nickel-plated copper.

Main feature

Copper nickle fabric, available in thicknesses ranging from 0.015mm to 0.3mm, are a combination of highly conductive metals and lightweight fabrics. It combines the flexibility, compliance and breathability of fabric with the conductivity of metal, resulting in low surface and penetration properties and excellent shielding performance.
The copper-nickel fabric offers an effective shielding efficiency of >60dB (from 20MHz to 1GHz).
The product's performance remains unchanged after 10,000 compressions.
