Electrically conductive foam is produced from polyurethane sponge by electroless nickel plating or physical nickel plating (vacuum sputtering) and has a completely open cell structure with a large number of interconnecting pores evenly distributed throughout the base nickel material to form a 3D porous nickel metal foam of high purity and uniform pore structure.
