Black conductive foam is a versatile conductive sponge, it possesses traditional conductive sponge properties such as heat absorption, heat conduction, heat dissipation, and electromagnetic shielding.

Additionally, it has a high GU value (GU value ≥ 2.5), good light absorption and shading performance, making it suitable for use in thermal management and electromagnetic shielding of various types of electronic displays.

The black conductive foam has unique advantages over the traditional conductive sponge.

It is produced by a special electrochemical process using copper-nickel, nickel-tin and other composite metal plating on a polyester sponge matrix.

Alternatively, a special coating technology can be used to convert the traditional all-purpose conductive sponge into the required black conductive foam.
