The conductive sponge is a polymer foam sponge that uses chemical or physical methods to coat the sponge substrate with a thin metal layer, achieving conductivity. The metal layer is then plated through the galvanic method to enhance the material's conductivity and shielding properties.

Conductive sponges are divided into high density and low density according to different substrates to meet the specific requirements of different applications. The high density conductive sponge has better elasticity and has high compression set. The low density conductive sponge has a thinner thickness to meet the ultra-thin trend in electronic devices.

- The product has good electrical conductivity in the X-Y-Z axis direction, low contact resistance and high shielding energy efficiency, excellent elasticity, and elastic recovery performance;

- Excellent bonding performance, all kinds of materials can be applied (such as conductive non-woven fabric, conductive copper foil, conductive aluminium foil, conductive mala, conductive grid yarn and conductive plain/mesh fabric materials). There will be no chip removal in the stamping process.
