Description
Product introduction
- The restaurant hood filter is a highly efficient front-end grease capture system that uses physical interception to reduce the amount of grease in the entire gassing chamber and piping system, extending the cleaning interval and thus extending the run time of the system.
- This filter combination has a stainless steel perforated outer shell designed to remove and expel larger grease particles. The inner layer is a three-dimensional porous metal foam designed to capture the smaller grease particles associated with commercial cooking. Widely used as a commercial range hood filter to clean kitchen fumes, and can also be retrofitted into most existing kitchen ventilation systems.
- When filters are used, the benefits include reduced fire risk and maintenance related to grease buildup in hood inflation chambers, ductwork, fan assemblies, roofs and adjacent surfaces, and safeguarding the health of kitchen staff and those around the hotel.

Cleaning Method
- Place the restaurant hood filter in hot water, add an appropriate amount of detergent or caustic soda and soak for about 15 minutes.
- While soaking, you can brush or shake it, then take it out, rinse it with clean water and dry it to look like new.
