Features of Ni Foam

1. Ni Foam is super light weight, with the largest specific surface area, the specific gravity is 0.2-0.3, which is one quarter of water, one third of wood, one tenth of aluminum and one thirtieth of iron.
2. Sound absorption: Nickel foam has a porous structure that is capable of absorbing sound at a wide frequency range. More than 1100 °C of high temperature resistance, immunity to all types of acid and alkali corrosion, good permeability, uniform porosity structure, quick heating, and heat transfer are all features.
3. Electronic wave shielding: shield about 90dB of electronic wave through relatively thin thickness.
4. Processability: Nickel Foam is easy to cut, bend, and stick. At high temperatures, it can maintain its shape steadily. High temperatures cannot easily burn it because of its strong thermal conductivity.
